Greetings and thanks for stopping by. This is my resurrected fitness (and weight loss) blog. I’m not going to post elaborate statistics for now; just my progress and thoughts. While I intend to be 100% honest, I do not intend to be 100% open; I will only post my weight change, cumulative and weekly. You don’t need to know exactly what I weigh, just that it’s way too much. Same thing for any body measurements I may post.

I hope that this helps me, and calls me to accountability to myself.

My initial goal is to walk on my treadmill at least four days a week, for no less than 40 minutes each time, at 2.0/2.1 mph (average).

In one month I will go back to weight lifting.
