<p>136 g Protein (<span style="color:#339966;">good</span>), 62.72 g Carbs (<span style="color:#ff9900;">not bad</span>), 150.13 g Fat (<span style="color:#ff0000;">bad</span>).</p>
<p>C &amp; I went to a lovely Bosnian restaurant and I had a Jaegerschnitzel which was smothered in a cream sauce.  My late appointment meant I didn&#8217;t exercise.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">4 January (Wednesday):</span></strong></p>
<p>70 g Protein (<span style="color:#ff9900;">not bad</span>), 248 g Carbs (<span style="color:#ff0000;">awful</span>), 102 g Fat (<span style="color:#ff0000;">bad</span>).</p>
<p>I weakly ate cookies at work. Then we had an unplanned meal ordered and I chose glazed chicken wings. That meant also that I didn&#8217;t exercise.</p>
<p>So far today I&#8217;m doing really well. I am on track to hitting my &#8216;targets.&#8217; About bloody time too. Totals tomorrow/Saturday.</p>

<p>I ate 182 g protein, 68 g carbs and 99 g fat. For comparison, my goals are a minimum of 70 g protein, 60 g carbs and 40 g of fat.</p>
<p>I weighed myself this morning and I weighed &#8216;x.&#8217;</p>
<p>So it was okay yesterday and so far today except that we went to<a href="http://www.sardischicken.com/"> Sardi&#8217;s </a>and they drench their mixed vegetables in butter. That and the chicken skin pushed me high in fat; I have to figure out a better side dish or accept the fat penalty. They do offer a salad but it&#8217;s chock-a-block with onions and yuck, I won&#8217;t eat them.  Walking was not bad; it was at the beginning of the day when I always have more energy. Even with that by about minute 40 I was really tired.</p>
<p>I can handle today at work &#8211; despite the buckets of caramels and cookies and the red velvet cake that have been brought in. Tonight I won&#8217;t be able to walk very easily as I&#8217;ve got an appointment and won&#8217;t be back late. And we&#8217;re eating out so that&#8217;s not optimal either. I will call the restaurant ahead of time to see if I can get the schnitzel made without breading which would help a lot; if not, then it&#8217;s cevapcici and hold the bread for me. Mind you I like cevapcici so that&#8217;s not so bad.</p>
